Melissa Annis is a dedicated Property Manager with more than 40 years of experience in managing retail, office, and medical office properties. Her superior customer service and management skills serve her well in earning and maintaining the trust of clients, tenants and colleagues alike. Melissa’s extensive background in property real estate and intuitive strategic thought process as the foundation for every project she takes on. Throughout her career, she has managed more than 4 million square feet of office buildings, retail power centers and neighborhood shopping centers.

Currently as the Senior Portfolio Manager, CPM, of Plaza Companies, Melissa manages a portfolio of several office and retail properties located throughout the Valley.  She oversees the day to day operations, prepares yearly operating budgets, CAM Recs, property inspections and monthly and quarterly reports for the property owners. But her biggest strength is her instinctive ability to anticipate and interpret tenant’s wants and expectations, which she believes is key to developing any relationship and creating long-term solutions for all of her clients.

Previously, Melissa has held positions at Cushman and Wakefield, SunCor Development and Vestar Development. She attended Paradise Valley Community College and Bud Crawley Real Estate School and has her Arizona Real Estate License.

Melissa has served on various committees and cochaired events including the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Melissa enjoys hiking and spending time with her grandchildren.
